Of course it could be that there are more illegals in terms of total number than before so you could have increased deportation, but less effect in terms of percentage...anyway, with all the scrutiny on this one, seems like he'd use any positive numbers he had and spin the shit out of them, If he's not then I wonder if I am correct in my assumption above, or if he just wants to show us he doesn't need a reason to do what he wants.

Illegals, that have bogus or stolen SS cards actually pay taxes as do thier employers! What about sales tax? Or what about tax on profits to businesses who use illegals for cheap labor?

How many builders do you think are really claiming the illegals they use on their taxes? For what little the illegals pay in sales tax and such is a drop in the bucket compared to what the state is paying to have their kids in schools. I think we should first stop the flow of illegals into the country then start rounding up the ones already here. We should also punish the companies who higher illegals. Make them responsible for making sure the folks they hire are here legally.
